My husband and I work from home so there is always someone around. We take the dogs out for frequent potty breaks throughout the day. We also live near Valley Park and the green belt which are perfect for longer walks. In addition to my husband, I have two teenage sons who will also be here to play with your pup.

Safety, trust & environment
We currently have two welcoming adopted dogs, Koko, who is the older wiser pup bringing calm energy, and Mango, who very lovable and wants to be friends with every human and dog. At our condo, the dogs have access to two decks in the back, perfect for quiet naps in the sun, and one deck in the front overlooking all the action that passes by on the street. If your pup likes to play tug-of-war, Mango will happily play and share her toys.

A typical day
We go on several sniffing adventures daily around the neighborhood along with a longer walk around the park to get physical exercise. At home we work on new tricks to stimulate their mental energy.

Pet care experience
My approach with any animal is to use positive reinforcement and a lot of patience. I grew up with dogs, cats and various other animals. I was heavily into 4-H and adopted a wild burro, raised pigs and joined the dog training group with my shelter dog, a German Shepard Samoyed mix. Currently, we have two rescue dogs. Whenever we host our neighbor's dog, all the dogs have a blast and act like they are having a sleepover. In addition to caring for dogs, I also have experience with a diabetic cat that required two daily shots.

Our dog has stayed with them several times a year since she was a puppy, and she absolutely loves going to their house - especially because she gets to play with her two very best dog friends. They also come by to walk her and spend time with her when she’s home alone for the day, which gives us so much peace of mind. If you’re someone who thinks of your dog as more human than dog, look no further. Allison and Jason will absolutely spoil your pet with love and attention. They are thorough, careful, incredibly trustworthy, and excellent communicators. We never worry about our pup when we’re away because we know she’s in such good hands.
