I’ve been around dogs my whole life, with my family owning and operating a dog obedience training center. I’ve always been around many different dogs, and love to get to know their unique personalities. I’ve fostered dogs from animal rescues, and I’m the go-to care option for dogs when friends are away and need care for their pup! I always treat any dog I’m caring for as my own, and enjoy having their company! You’ll get many photos and updates. As a dog owner myself, I love getting pictures and updates while I’m away, to ease the guilt of being away from my best friend in the first place, and know he’s having a great time! I do believe in basic obedience being such a key component to good communication with the dogs, so I can’t promise your dog won’t come home without having learned a new trick or two. 😊 I’m just starting out on Rover but have been pet-sitting for many many years. My husband and I do have Ace, our 9 year old golden retriever, who responds very well to other dogs’ play styles. He gets the memo quick if someone isn’t wanting to play, but will also jump into a wrestling match or game of tug o war if our new friend is ready!
