I hate to leave bad reviews that could potential be hurtful to someone but I feel that it’s necessary to leave this review so that other users don’t have the experience that I did with Allison. I have had Allison help walk my new puppy for a few months and originally things were going great and Allison was very dependable. However two of my last four walks she has not come. This has left my new puppy in her crate alone all day without any bathroom breaks. The first time I overlooked it, as I already had good experiences with Allison and understand that people make mistakes. However this is now twice that the well-being of my dog has been put on the line because of her negligence. I would not recommend her to any other Rover user and will no longer be using her myself.

Allison is simply AMAZING! I always get a little anxious leaving my pup with a stranger, but Allison made it easy for us by giving us multiple, thorough daily updates eith several pictures to keep us in the loop! She took our pup on several walks throughout the day and made sure he was well cared for! She also was extremely flexible with our schedule - she didn’t mind the last minute booking and was always willing to work with us on drop off/pick up times. She even came home on her lunch break to accommodate us! We will definitely be using Allison again in the future!
