Pet care experience
I’ve been a veterinary assistant in small animal and exotic clinics! I can administer medications and I have a lot of experience with senior pets. I also pet sat for four years in undergrad, and for several clients last semester, but I just started using Rover!

I have never seen an animal that does not like Allison! Her love for animals combined with her years of experience and wide breadth of knowledge make her the ideal pet sitter!
In college I had two huge black cats and I was in the university marching band, so we took a lot of cross country band trips to perform at football games. She helped take care of my cats while I was away and she would also look after them while I went home on the weekends. Allison is training to be a vet so I always trusted her knowledge of cats and her ability to care for them. She let my cats sleep with her and love on her and she fed them exactly as I asked her to. She even made suggestions for how I could better care for them. I was glad I had Allison! Allison was living with two other cats that wouldn’t have gotten along with them, so she did a good job at keeping my cats separate and was careful every time she opened and closed a door.
Allison is awesome! Super sweet and friendly. She's great with dogs, and gives super helpful veterinary advice. I trust her with my dog, Judy, completely!

I live with two other veterinary school students that have a young cat and a small dog (mini Aussie). I have a small fenced in yard and a very walkable neighborhood. I exercise every afternoon, and can take your dog walking or running with me if you want. I can walk up to four times a day if needed. I live on the first floor and older pets do not have to worry about stairs.

I would love a meet and greet before sitting! I am a small person, so if your dog pulls a lot, please warn me. I also am very conscious about being safe during these unprecedented times, so if you think you may have been exposed to covid-19, I will not be comfortable watching your pet. I also love cats and have lots of cat toys to play with any feline friends!
A typical day
I live very close to memorial park and I love to take dogs there! Also my neighborhood is very walkable and close to campus.

I’m in veterinary school right now, so I am typically at school from 8-11 or 12 and from 1-3 or 2-5. Otherwise I study at home mostly and love to have pets around to hang out with while I study!
