I can't remember a time in my life that we didn't have a pet. We had dogs, hamsters, bunnies, guinea pigs, and last but not least hermit crabs. When I became old enough to babysit the children in the neighborhood I started taking care of their furry babies too. I now have a fur child of my own. Bailey is my 4 year old black Shorkie. I rescued him from a local rescue group when he was a year old. Not only do I love Bailey, I love ALL dogs. It doesn't matter the breed or size of your dog, I will love them as my own.
