Pet care experience
My name is Allison and I’ve worked with all types of animals throughout my entire life, both at home and on farms. I also worked for a pet boarding facility, where I professionally took care of pet owners’ loved ones while they were away. I’ve also had extensive experience with special needs, elderly, and pets with serious health concerns. I currently have six(!) cats, one dog, one hognose snake, one ball python, and one leopard gecko, but I have experience with so much more! I’m sure I can accommodate your pet’s needs. Note: Additional fees may be incurred for longer-distance travel to help compensate for travel time/expenses. This will be assessed on a case by case basis as needed. Thank you!

Allison really helped us out! We had never had a pet sitter before and she was on time, very knowledgeable, and kept us very updated. I wouldn't hesitate to ask her to help again! Definitely recommend her!
Allison was very mindful and attentive with my dog, Coco. She provided updates throughout the day and was proactive in making sure my dog was as comfortable as possible. Would recommend, she had no trouble with my anxious reactive girl.

I have a reliable car and will drive to your home to take care of your pets, no matter their variety. I can also stay with them, giving them quality time and attention for longer periods as necessary. I cannot host pets in my own home, however, for the safety of my pets and yours.

As much as you're willing to tell me. I strive to keep pets' routines as normal as I can for them so they can have as little stress as possible while you're gone. Specifically, though, I would appreciate times/amounts for feedings and medication administration, as well as any behavioral concerns with your pet.
A typical day
It all depends on what your pet loves to do. If your little one loves to play with toys, our day will have a lot of that! If your pet is much more into cuddles and pets than physical activity (or has movement limitations) then I will give them all the pets and cuddles their little hearts desire.

Availability
I am a full time student at Purdue and also work part time, but my schedule is very flexible. My classes are less than one hour and I have breaks at all times of the day to accommodate your loved ones.
