Hey there! I know life can get ruff and everyone needs a helping hand from time to time. There's nothing better than knowing you can leave your babies, and sometimes your homes, in the hands of someone who is responsible. Well I wholeheartedly believe that I'm that person for you. My name is Allison and I'm a college student working towards a BS in Geography with a minor in Biology. I have grown up with all sorts of animals! I have family on farms, suburban areas, and I even lived on a boat, surrounded with animals in each environment. I currently have a wonderful, extremely pet-friendly apartment where I live with my roommate and three dogs. I have an adult Tea Cup poodle named Chewy, and two six month old puppies, named Bluebelle and Oakley, that are basically Supermutts! (They've been DNA tested by Embark as Pitt, Boxer, Chow Chow, German Sheppard, Australian Cattle Dog, Koolie, Rottweiler and trace breeds. Which I think is super cool!) I love the outdoors, and with so many dogs in one apartment, I take them out to the dog park every single day. Its the best way for them to get out all of their young energy and socialize with other dogs, and people, while giving me the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors during my regular schedule. When I'm not in school or working, I love to travel with my dogs. This summer I'll be passing though the 7th National Park with my dogs and I'm very excited. As for my qualifications, I have many experiences pet/house sitting small dogs, big dogs, cats, rabbits, most animals in the rodent family (including chinchillas, hedge hogs, and ferrets), and pot-bellied pigs. However, I have little to none experience with horses, birds, and most reptiles. I can follow directions though! I have this very convenient trait where I absolutely love taking notes, organizing schedules, color coating documents, and making lists. I'm always in the know when it comes to planning and I can follow the most complicated of household schedules. Feeding, walking, bathing...honestly? You name it. If you need someone to lend a helping paw, then I'm definitely your gal!
