I've had dogs my entire life, including recently raising two golden retriever puppies. They live with my family in California though, so I'm looking to help care for pets up here! I have a lot of experience training and caring for different breeds and life stages as I used to foster rescue dogs and grew up with a family friend who is a vet. I would often help look after the special needs puppies she would need to bring home for extra care. Overall, I love dogs and can provide excellent care and between animal behavior classes and my background I can also help train them! I have first-hand experience caring for puppies, elderly dogs, very small dogs (~2 lbs) all the way up to very large dogs (~120lbs). I am not frightened by agressive dogs and can help work to socialize and make them more suitable to be around new people, and I have worked with very shy dogs before to socialize either with other dogs or people or just keep happy while their owner is away.
