Allie and her boyfriend Shawn took incredible care of our 8.5 year old bedlington-poodle mix, Daphne, who is prone to separation anxiety and has other behavioral sensitivities, including a fear of rain and loud noises (especially thunder). They made Daphne feel completely at home with them and their good-natured 1.5 year old golden retriever, Maple, who was a spirited playmate in their fenced backyard and on morning walks on the wooded trail near their home. She also enjoyed free reign of the house, napping on couches and sharing bones and toys with Maple to her heart's content. Allie and Shawn are active, athletic, kind and gentle people, whose daily routine, which allows flexibility in their schedule, is ideal for dogs. Allie was communicative and provided adorable and reassuring photos throughout Daphne's stay, of our two girl dogs (their puppy Maple and our "senior") affectionately playing, walking and resting together. Daphne returned to us with an unusually calm and docile demeanor, with less anxiety than she'd had prior to her stay, signaling to us that she had been extraordinarily well-cared-for, well-exercised, well-fed, well-rested and well-adjusted. We are relieved and grateful to have found such trustworthy and capable dogsitters on Rover and cannot recommend them with enough enthusiasm! The extra expense of boarding is worth the peace of mind, knowing that Daphne is in great hands and genuinely enjoying her environment and company.

Allie is spectacular! She watched my dog for me multiple times and he always loved going to stay at her place. She is responsible and caring and will make sure that your pup get everything they need! She is one of the few people that I trust to take care of my Loki!
