I have cared for various types of pets in my life including some exotics. I have also worked in the veterinary field, as a vet assistant then as a vet nurse, for 23+ years. I have extensive experience in companion animal behavior, so if your pet has any disruptive or undesirable behaviors I am able to assess them at no cost in their own environment, which is key to getting down to the specific causes of their behavior. There will be an additional cost if you decide to continue behavior therapy with me on an hourly basis. Please ask if you are interested in this free consult. I am not able to care for pets in my home currently. I have 3 dogs, so it would be difficult to have them all in one space. When pet sitting/ house sitting I am available to be at the home for as little or as much as the client would like. I can provide behavioral training as well for an additional cost. I have a degree in biology and have completed post-graduate studies in companion animal behavior. I also have 23+ years of experience in veterinary medicine starting as a kennel assistant and advancing to an ER/ICU veterinary nurse.

I have extensively studied animal behavior counseling, so I love to really get to know the dogs and cats I pet sit for (if they let me). To do this I like to really interact with your pet and get to know their likes, dislikes, and quirks.
