I am an avid animal lover, owner of two weimaraners, and have grown up around dogs my entire life. I am reliable, detailed, and will treat your pets with love like they were one of my own! I am able to follow instructions and will do everything in my power to give your pet the best experience possible. The last thing you need to worry about is the quality of care that your pet is receiving when you are not around. With 15+ years of experience with not only my own pets but family, friends and neighbors, I can ensure that your furry friend will be in incredible hands. My dog Murphy was in love with Allie! Allie spent a lot of time coming to my place to take care of my boy while I was gone on trips, out for the day or just going to work. Allie helped me keep him on his medicine routine which was so key. Trusting someone for the well-being of your pet is easy when you work with Allie, she genuinely cares so much for the animals she interacts with (not just pets). She once went out and bought shampoo to clean Murph off after the dog park and made sure to get soap that didn't irritate Murphy's allergies; I was impressed!
Allie is a compassionate animal lover and has been her whole life! I’ve seen her care for guinea pigs, rescue baby birds and she has dog sat my dog who she loved as much as her own two dogs. Allie is also very conscientious and dependable and prides herself on exceeding the expectations of those she works for. I highly recommend Allie for your pet sitting needs.
Allie is the most loving and caring person when it comes to animals. She watched my Aussie Kaia for a week when I took a trip to New Mexico last year. I was sent lots of photos of my smiling happy pup running around and playing. I fully trust Allie and her dog-watching expertise. No breed preferences but would like to know overall temperament of your pet. Do you have a certain way of entering the home not to startle them? Are they crated or out openly in the home? Do they take kindly to strangers the first time or are they more reserved? Do you allow your pet to have specific treats? The more detailed you are with me about your pet, the more I can do to tailor my services to their exact needs!
A typical day
Depending on the area we will walk around downtown areas (on sidewalks for safety purposes) go to local parks and grassy areas for plenty of sniffs. We can also play fetch/tug/frisbee and sniffing games, or whatever activities your dog prefers! I can also run with your dog if they need more exercise than a simple walk.
