I’ve been house sitting/ dog sitting for friends and family for 5+ years. I had a dog growing up with aggression and anxiety issues so we had to do a lot of training with him so it helped me understand the best way to care for all kinds of dogs. I grew up with dogs and my friends and family tell me I’m an animal whisperer because I seem to connect with them in a different way.

Allie took care of my dog for about a week. I was nervous about leaving my dog for so long, but she kept me updated throughout the week and sent lots of pictures. She made sure he got plenty of enrichment and was very respectful of our routines so that he was not thrown off. He was clearly very happy in her care, and I would not hesitate to ask her again!
My two puppers Pepper Anne and Harley absolutely love Allie and I'd trust her to watch over them anytime I need it! She is amazing with them. Allie has had years and years of experience with animals and is an animal lover at heart.
Your dog will be in great hands with Allie! She started fostering puppies when she was still in elementary school, and has had experience with dogs of all sizes, breeds and temperaments. Beyond a genuine love for animals, she's experienced with training and agility. She has also cared for the cats in our family--she's reliable and trustworthy.

I understand that all animals need to get to know you as much as you need to know them. So being respectful of their space during that process. Making sure treats are only given with owners approval, finding out their favorite places to be pet, and any dislikes or triggers would always be a question I ask.

A typical day
I love to go on walks with dogs and explore different areas. If the dog is good on leash and being around people and other dogs the back bay is always a fun place to go to. I’m also happy to help work on training any tricks or practicing the basics. I want to make sure the dog can be stimulated mentally and physically.
