I’ve taken care of dogs since 2017 where I gained experience working with Acadiana Animal Aid. I fostered puppies of all breeds and also worked with older dogs as well. During the pets’ stays, I would walk, feed, bathe, play, etc.

This was our first time ever having someone we don’t know watch our baby. We have always been fortunate enough to have family who could watch him at our house or there’s. We were a little apprehensive about going this route at first, however, we ultimately decided we would prefer our dog to be comfortable in his own home rather than a kennel. After looking through the options, we decided to meet Allie to see if she would be a good fit. She came prepared with a list of questions and touched on all the points we had made on our dog’s profile, which impressed us. (Medications, activities, and what not) We ultimately decided to hire Allie for the job and we are so glad we did! She has proven herself to be a dependable and honest person. She sent us daily photos/videos of her playing outside with Gunner. We came home to our house being just as clean as we had left it, and a happy; healthy pup! Allie made it super easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. We will definitely use her in the future!
Allie has watched my dog on multiple occasions and she always does an amazing job! She has a genuine love and connection with animals and it shows because my dog is skittish and warmed up to Allie immediately. I will continue to use Allie for my future dogsitting needs.
Allie has adored pets since she was born . She is kind ,caring and compassionate. She enjoys spending quality time with fur babies and is dependable , honest and reliable !

I have a very large unfenced open yard that lies on the vermillion river. Every pet that has come over to play seems to love the open yard and getting to run. However, if the unfenced yard may not work for your pet, I can also walk them on a leash through the neighborhood or take them to a dog park. I also have a teacup Maltese at home who is 14 years old and sleeps most of the day. If I am caring for pets outside of my home, you can rest assured that your dog will be stimulated physically and mentally. We can go on plenty of walks, visit the dog park, play games, etc. If your dog gets too dirty, I will also provide a good bath for them to be fresh and clean when you return home!

Please let me know what your dog enjoys to do best! If they love swimming, prefer a certain toy, etc.! Please also let me know if they are on any medications.
A typical day
I am able to care for the needs that each individual pooch may have. If you have an energetic dog, we will go on plenty of long walks, play plenty of games, and explore lots of new parks and places. If you have a dog that is low energy and just needs company, I can also provide an excellent cuddle buddy and companion for your dog.

I am currently taking online classes this semester, so I am very flexible when it comes to availability. My classes end around 11 am Monday through Thursday, and I am free Friday through Sunday.
