Hi! I’m Allie and I would love the chance to get to know you and your dog! I am junior at CSU and am studying Equine Science in the hopes of working with horses. I have grown up with animals, including my parents dogs, my cats, and my horse. The thing I love most about dogs is their acceptance and love of people from all different backgrounds and their ability to give unconditional compassion and comfort. In fact, I want to be a dog sitter so I can spend as much time with dogs as possible. I love learning about dogs from dogs and I love gaining each dog’s trust and love to help them feel comforted when their best friend is away. I’m loyal, resilient and kind. I love to take walks and hikes, particularly in Horsetooth Reservoir as well as parks near my house, and would love to take your pup with me! I have previous dog sitting and dog walking experience, and I have volunteered at animal shelters, too. I’m great at checking the Rover app and giving updates on how your dog is doing, as well as answering any questions. I look forward to providing you excellent customer — and canine — service!

Let me start by saying that this was my first time leaving my baby with someone who was not a friend/family but Allie was quick to make me feel comfortable. She was always on time with her drop in visits and would send me pictures everyday! When meeting her you can tell she has a big heart and patience for dogs. I would definitely recommend her!!
Allie was great for our 2 dogs! They seemed happy and well taken care of when we returned and she sent pictures and made us feel very co.fortable while we were away! Definitely recommend

I am comfortable with all types and ages of dog, but I would like to know if your dog pulls a lot on the leash, is aggressive, or is shy. Do they like people, or are they more reserved? And do they have any special needs that I can help accommodate. I also want to know the dog’s schedule so I can be sure to feed, walk and water the dog on schedule to help them feel the most comfortable. I’d love to do a meet-and-greet so we can make sure your dog feels comfortable and loved by me.
A typical day
I love to walk, hike and go to the park. I would love to take your dog to trails or parks near my house. I also love to hang out and snuggle with dogs and give them all the love they need! If your dog is comfortable around horses, I could even take them to the barn with me when I care for my horse!
