Pet care experience
I have taken care of dogs since I was a little child. My family have bred working cocker spaniels, having had lots of experience in looking after working dogs and training them. My family have relied on me to look after my dogs (3 cocker spaniels, 1 Bernese mountain dog and a Labrador) since I was little. I have had lots of experience looking after various breeds ranging from Chihuahuas to a Leonberger. I have now been using Rover for a while and have looked after dogs for up to a month and a half at a time and helped owners train the dog as she was only 6 months old when she came to me. I have lots of experience with puppies as my family breed cocker spaniels, looking after them, training them and walking them, from helping the mum with birth to the moment they become an adult. I have trained up two working cocker spaniels myself, that get worked throughout the season and are fully trained.

My only concern with Allie was that maybe my dog would never want to come home! Allie was fantastic, took incredible care of our golden retriever and communicated daily with photos of their adventures. We are already discussing our next booking.
Tetley had a fantastic time with Allie! She sent lots of pictures and updates so we knew what he was up to. We are thrilled to have found someone we can trust to leave Tetley with and we will definitely be booking again!
Indie loves staying with Allie, she gets excited to see them but also seems to settle quickly while there. We'd arranged for Allie to pick up and drop off and this worked really well.

I have a fully fenced garden and a doggy gate at the bottom of my stairs, very visible garden, where the pet would be in sight the whole time. There are no wires accessible and room to run around and play!

A typical day
I love taking the dogs to Port Meadow, or a lovely walk outside of Woodstock if the owner is happy with me taking their dog in the car. I always keep an eye on the dog making sure it gets the attention it needs, if owners request I am happy to spend some time training the dog.

Availability
I work part-time from home, so I am able to go on at least two hour to two hour walks a day and am constantly at home to make sure to keep an eye on your fury baby!
