Alli was fantastic with our dog, Max... this was the first time we’ve used Rover and we weren’t sure if this would work for Max as he can be a bit anxious... But Alli went out of her way to keep in contact and would send us pictures and videos and found that Max was doing great!!! We will definitely use her again!

This is the first time we left our puppies with Ally. I was a nervous wreck since we had just adopted a puppy from the shelter. We wanted to make sure we found someone with a fence and no other dogs. During our visit, I had so many questions for her and she patiently answered all of them. She also made sure, the fence did not have any issues, and assured me the same on the day I dropped them off. She had written every little detail I had mentioned and kept it handy on her fridge. I also got pictures and updates during their stay. Ally was also flexible for our drop off and pick up since we were driving out of state. She also inquired about our safety on the road since the weather was bad and it showed she cared about us too. The puppies were happy when I went to pick them up. Alli is very organized and detail oriented. She took really good care of my puppies and I will definitely take them back to her when I need help with their care.
