I began pet-sitting and baby-sitting at the age of 12. It was my first job in that area and I have worked with many families since. In that time I built my list of families that I cared for via word of mouth, with many connections coming from the athletic club that I worked at. After I gained my license, I began long-term house-sitting and pet-sitting. Many families had pets that required special care, such as, medications, diet restrictions, anxiety, and other things. Pets that I have cared for include dogs, cats, reptiles, and rabbits, all at the same time as well as separate instances. I understand that pets are a very important part of the family. I always shower those I care for with love and compassion, and treat them as my own family members.
