Hi! my name is Allegra, I am 21 years old, and I grew up with cats and dogs of all shapes and sizes in Switzerland. Now, I am a third year student here in Rotterdam. Coming back from visiting Switzerland this summer made me realize how much I miss animals and walking in Rotterdam (in Switzerland biking is an actual workout that makes you sweat so you just walk everywhere instead). I have a nearly lifelong experience in walking dogs (from small Jack Russell sizes to walking several Great Danes at the same time) and know how important it is that they actually go outside and get to move. If you let me walk your dog, I will make sure your good boy/girl will come back tired but happy. I have no problem walking in all sorts of weather – because either way the dog needs to go outside. I am also an experienced house sitter as I used to babysit children and pets back in Switzerland. The longest I have taken care of a house (incl. two cats) was three weeks during which I would come in the morning and evening to feed the cats, clean their litter boxes, take care of everything else house-related and then stay for a while and play with the cats or just do some school work so they had company. I would also do the same for your pets and house. All of my house-and pet sitting references include mentions of me being organized, trustworthy and very communicative. The same, of course, also counts if you want me to take care of your pet at my house. I have two room mates who absolutely love animals as well so your pet will receive lots of attention and cuddles (if it likes that). As already mentioned I pay a lot of attention to the animal and how many walks we take (AT LEAST 2-3 short ones and 1 long one per day). We live very central which makes drop-off and pick-up easy. I really hope you consider me a trustworthy choice to take care of your good boy/girl and that our connection will not just be a one-time thing.
