Pet care experience
I have lived with cats since 2018 and 1.5 years ago finally got two of my own. Experienced with kittens and older cats, have tried all kinds of litters, and love to learn about cat body language. Experienced in giving cat medications and (reluctantly) bathing cats. I love all cats but have a special place in my heart for the floofs!

When I lived with Alix she often took care of my sick 12-year-old kitty cat when I was away. In addition to feeding and changing litter, Alix showed my sweet girl lots of love and cuddles and understood that my cat was more than a pet, but was family. My cat has since passed and I feel lucky that she was taken care of by someone who really cared for her during her final years. I trust Alix fully with the responsibilities that come with taking care of a pet and would 100% have her pet sit again.
Alix is an amazing pet caregiver! She has watched my cat Roux many times and always gives him lots of love and attention. She is punctual, communicative, and reliable, and really cares about animals. I can't recommend her enough!

Depending on your instructions and the cats personality, I also try to play or interact with them for a while before I leave. If there’s an emergency, I’ll call the emergency vet (please provide a number if you have one!) then call you to let you know.

I love to play with cats, make sure they are entertained, and give them pets or cuddles when they ask! Otherwise, I leave them alone if they don’t seem like they don’t want to interact.

I work full time, currently with Fridays off. I’m available weekday evenings (after about 6pm) and Fri-Sun any time as long as I have enough notice.
