This review is kind of tough for me to write because Alivia did fill in for us last minute where we needed, but I would not personally book with her again in the future. Kira was sick and my husband & I were both unable to cancel our work trips, hence needing to book Alivia's services (Kira's normal overnight boarding place wouldn't take her with the vomiting she was having). To Alivia's credit, she did keep up with Kira's medications and even took her to the vet when I asked her to, but the level of care felt very bare minimum. I have 2 cameras in my apartment that are very obviously placed (I would have moved them had Alivia showed concern) & I watched them to keep an eye on if Kira was continuing to vomit. I watched Alivia completely ignore Kira, not pet her, or even look at her during the entirety of the visit. There were other details that bothered me (not letting Kira sleep in her usual place (on the floor next to the bed, aka locking her out), not closing the dog door at night, leaving behind a mess (used pimple patches on the counter), but Kira was okay when I came home which is obviously what matters. Alivia took care of Kira, but did not go above & beyond.

Alivia was so great with my three dogs while I was gone for 6 days. She stayed at the house with them and sent daily updates and was consistent with their medications/ routines. She was very easy to get ahold of if I had any questions or concerns. My dogs can be difficult, but Alivia had no concerns managing them! I will definitely be using Alivia again!
