Pet care experience
I have owned and fostered dogs and cats my entire life and I absolutely love all animals. I currently own 2 cats and 2 Holland Lop bunnies. I have volunteered at many animal shelters and rescues as well as working for a Vet clinic as a Surgical Recovery Technician for some time. I also attended the Veterinary Technician program briefly at Globe University before my life took me down a different path when I had children. I have worked at a Dog Daycare managing groups of up to 20 dogs by myself. I have a lot of experience working with many different temperaments and ages, I’m always up for a challenge and am prepared to work with bunnies, cats and dogs of all ages and temperaments with no question that I will form a bond with them very quickly. Also, I might be able to work hours that I have not listed if it is discussed in advance.

Alissa loves animals and has always had them in her life. She used to work at the Spay me clinic and always takes care of my kitty when I go out of town. Shes very loving and caring to all fur babies.

I will care for every animal as if it were my own. An owner leaving can be a very confusing time for an animal and it is important that they are shown a lot of affection and constantly reminded that they are loved! I intend to make every animal’s stay/visit a happy one and care for them as I hope someone would my own. Any animal in my care should be prepared for some good exercise as well, unless otherwise specified to take it easy due to old age and whatnot. How well you’re animal interacts with kids could be beneficial for in home care. I have 3 children between the ages of 2 and 7 that adore all animals. Knowing wether or not your animal has any special needs or specific requirements may be helpful to know in advance. Thanks!
A typical day
For dogs, playing fetch by the water and hitting the dog park near my home. For cats, grooming and brushing them out and lots of snuggles!

I currently work whenever I want, I deliver food for Doordash. Ultimately I am free to pet-sit anytime because I make my own work schedule.
