Me & your pet? Love at first sight!
Pet care experience
I'm 26 years old. I grew up in the Nampa countryside on a farm with my various Labradors, Golden Retrievers, and cats. I frequently cared for my neighbors' animals after age 11. I've cared for dogs, including three litters of newborn pups (8 at once!) and their mothers (retrievers and Scottish Terriers), as well as cats and kittens, chickens, horses, cows, chickens, and rats. Halfway into an English degree, I realized I wanted to be a vet tech instead, meaning child me was on the right track when she said she wanted to be a vet. I'm saving up to attend a community college for a vet tech degree now. I'm kind, compassionate, reliable, adaptive, dedicated, gentle, and passionate. I believe being patient and affectionate will make any pet open their heart to you. I'll do all I can to ease their anxiety when you're away and treat them as family. I aim to become a familiar, warm presence for in their lives. I am thorough in making sure that I'm caring for them on a familiar way to minimize anxiety, catering to their schedules and using known command words. I educate myself during my free time on how to recognize behavioral signs of anxiety, aggression, and physical ailments.

Another great stay with Bailey. Thanks so much!
Alison is amazing with our dogs! She was coming every week to drop in on our corgi as my husband and I have very busy schedules. She’s also dropped in on our Australian Sheppard as well. She’s so gentle with animals and they seem to be drawn to her. She’s very flexible with schedules and super reliable!
Alison is great! She did multiple drop in visits with my black lab, and made sure my dog was happy and cared for. Alison was very accommodating with my schedule and worked hard to iron out some billing issues with Rover.com. My dog had a great time with her, and I will book with Alison again when the need arises. Thanks!
Alison is amazing! She’s taken such good care of my cat and is great about communicating with me to let me know how things are going. She really cares about the pets. I highly recommend her!

I can't offer boarding for your pets at this time, but I am available for housesitting, walks, and drop-ins. Read further for details on rates.
Information Alison W. would like to know about your pet
1. Allergies? 2. Spayed/neutered? 3. Do they have separation anxiety/have they ever been left home alone for long periods of time? 4. Any particular noises they panic at? 5. What commands do they know and how should they should be said? 6. Are they allowed on furniture?
A typical day
HOUSESITTING (OVERNIGHT CARE): 8pm-8am (flexible on this). I will live alongside your dog and be with them full-time, take them outside, play with them, feed them, and put them to bed. I will then sleep there. $70. Keys must be given at meet and greet, or left hidden for my arrival. I will not take an extra trip to pick them up, so we'll communicate a hiding place beforehand. Each additional dog will add $10. Example: 1 dog and 1 cat will be regular charge, but 2 dogs would be the flat rate of $50 + $10 for the second dog. No charge for cats unless they need significant care like being given medication, in which case 1 cat will also be +$10.
