I wasn't too comfortable with her after she sent me a txt message insinuating I was an unreasonable person. It was just one day before my dog's Ewok boarding, so I couldn't cancel and get another dog sitter. First she asked me around what time my drop off/ pick up time will be, before I can even answer back...she informs me she's only available no later than 11:30a.m. for pick up time. I was upset, why wouldn't she tell me this information at the meet and greet? I told her it was impossible since we're leaving out of state. That's when she left the uncomfortable txt message, insinuating that I was unreasonable to think it's ok for her to take care of my dog an extra day. I was confused ? bc we board from Aug31-Sept 5.. she made it seemed like Ewok was sleeping over Sept 5th. She compared the boarding to a hotel, she was expecting me to be at her house by 11:30 a.m. I can't be in two places at once, since that's the check out time in REAL hotels. Then she went on letting me know, that she would have to take off from work and arrange something else for her other client. Why would she accept a client on the 5th knowing you still have my dog? That really bothered ? me. Why wouldn't she tell me about her job at the meet n greet it's beyond me. I would of never booked her if I had known ahead of time. I don't want to interfere with people's jobs. As far as pics.. very few....one day without any communication until I txt her if everything was ok. I wasn't enjoying my trip too well, thinking about everything that went on before the Vaca even started. As soon as we left the hotel we rushed back ASAP, I didn't want to get another passive aggressive txt. We got there around 3:15p.m. We were so happy to see our precious Ewok ?
