I have had my own dog since I was about 10 years old, and she’s going on 16 now. My sister and I potty trained and house trained Sadie. My first job in high school was periodically watching friends dogs and cats and even turtles when they went out of town. I also had a regular babysitting job for a family friend which included looking after their energetic pup! I feel comfortable and capable walking, bathing, feeding, and generally caring for various pets.

Alison is responsible, timely, caring, loving, and very patient with animals, making her the ideal caregiver for any furry friend. Alison also has experience with animal sitting for a variety of animals, including cats, dogs, reptiles, birds, and insects.

I would like to know the dogs eating schedule, what level of training they have currently, how they interact with other dogs and other people, their fitness level, if they have any injuries or illnesses that need treatment, and any allergies or aversions to foods or things that we may encounter together. It’s also nice to know what the dog enjoys and if there are any tricks it’s family users to calm it down if it gets too excited or stressed.
A typical day
I love to be outside! I definitely plan to take dogs on walks and explore the many parks that are in the immediate area. I like ford park, Donovan park, and Steven’s park. I plan to bring some toys to keep the dogs stimulated and happy while they wait for their owners to return!

Availability
I work during the day Friday-Monday, so I can help with care in the evenings on those days. I’m off of work Tuesday-Thursday, so my schedule midweek is wide open, and I can help with anything during that time.
