Very dissatisfied, I will never use them again. I had used them one time before and everything was fine. Set up a second date, the night before , I had a family emergency, mother admitted to the hospital. I was unable to give a 24-hour notice according to the sitter's policy, I was in constant contact with the sitter advising them of the situation, I thought they were working with me. When it came to getting a full refund I was only given half, because the sitter refused. This was an unforeseen medical emergency totally out of my hands and yet the sitter and Rover refused to work with me and give me a full refund, this is totally unacceptable.....

Alison did a great job caring for Mackey! She arranged a meet and greet ahead of time and took the time to ask questions and understand his habits. She sent pictures and updates for the several days he was with her and it looked like he was having a great time!
