Hello! My name is Alison. I’m: - A therapist - Looking to add more doggy time to my life while I get ready to commit to owning my own dog - Active. I love to go for hikes and beach walks! I believe in and practice positive and firm reinforcement to achieve desired goals. I’m currently available for dog sitting at my house. I am only able to commit to watching non shedding breeds as my fiancé is allergic.

We have a big yard and will be outside with your pup when they’re out. Most exercise/outside time will be walks. We can accommodate if your dog prefers a crate or to be loose while home alone.

For example, if your dog is pulling on the leash, do you say their name, let them bump into their collar, get their attention and give a treat, etc. Does your dog have any aggression? If so, what are your strategies for correcting this? Information about your dogs daily schedule/routine will also be helpful.
A typical day
Your dog and I can play in my yard, walk around the neighborhood, trails or the beach! Nearby walks I enjoy include Dr. John Champlin Glacier Park, Woody Hill Management Area, Napa Tree Point, and Ninigret Park. I'm also open to walking your dog at their favorite spot, just tell me where!

Availability
My partner and I work opposite schedules, so one of us will be home most of the day with your pup for company! We’ll make sure to get plenty of outside play/walk time in both morning and night.
