Pet care experience
I grew up with quite a few different animals (cats, dogs, and horses) and have loved them since I was little. I've had dogs and cats of all ages though the seniors have a special place in my heart. I've been training horses for over a decade and I've noticed there's a bit of layover between them and dogs. I am also a body worker for horses and one of the modalities I do is energy work/reiki and have used this in the past to help manage house pet anxiety. I want to take the best care of your fur baby whether that's avoiding certain treats or making sure they get their medications on time. They're family and deserve the best they can get.

Please let me know what your dog(s)'s favorite things are: toys, games, walks, favorite itchy spots or anything else. I want them to enjoy their time with me almost as much as they love having you home. Also please let me know of any medical conditions I may need to watch out for varying from serious medical conditions (like diabetes, seizures, or a petulance for socks) to upset tummies because of stress.
A typical day
I've gotten more into ensuring a dog or dogs get both mental and physical stimulation as I've noticed an overall positive effect on their behaviors. Puzzle toys, stuffed kongs, different walks (I have no problem looking up walks by you or if you have a preferred walk path I can follow that as well). I also don't mind helping practice obedience skills with them with a leaning towards positive reinforcement. And if you have a couch potato, I have no problem hanging out and giving them love and attention.
