Pet care experience
I am a elementary school teacher currently on summer break. I have so much time and love to share with your pup or kitty. I have my own dog named Lucy. We love to go on hikes, long walks, have puppy play time, or snuggle up on the couch all day. If your dog likes other dogs, Lucy is a great playmate and will happily play or give other dogs some space. We live within walking distance of trails through the woods and love to go on long walks together. I have had dogs my entire life and have served as a foster for a number of rescue dogs. On top of my love for dogs and patience from being a teacher, I have experience as a horse trainer and a good understanding of animals. Your dog will be loved, cared for, and well tended to while staying with us!

Alison was so great! She was good at communicating and sent us amazing photos of our dog throughout his stay. Drop off and pick up were easy and our pup was worn out when we got him. We definitely recommend Alison as a dog sitter!
Alison has been wonderful to work with. I am so grateful to have found her to care for my girl. My dog always looks happy to see her when I arrive and then comes home tired from playing with Alison's dog & going on walks! I really love receiving pictures of her when I'm at work too. All around fantastic care.
Alison is sweet as can be and has taken such good care of our baby for us when we come to visit Asheville! Can't say enough good things, highly recommend her!
Great people who treated Remy like a family member. Alison sent regular pictures to show that Remy was happy and enjoying her stay. She was also very flexible about drop off and pick up. Highly recommend!

A typical day
I would love to take your dog on a long walk, sit outside with them while they play, or even hang out inside. Canine enrichment is a hobby of mine and I love doing puzzles with my own dog and would be happy to try some out with yours.
