The love and care Alison showed Chip over the years proved that the little scrappy dog could become a strong and loving pet for their family. It was a sad day when Chip had to be put down after a long and happy life. Not having a dog in their family weighed heavy on Alison's mind and within a few months Alison adopted a rescue dog from the south. She picked up "Rocky" on Labor Day weekend 2018. A new puppy with four children under the age of nine did not deter Alison from the time and patience she needed to train a new puppy and acclimate Rocky into the family.
