Former pet sitting professional. Current animal lover. In a former life I Worked for a pet sitting business in New Orleans for a year and saw it all. Pet CPR trained in cats and dogs. Trained to administer medication. Including insulin, cat pill-ing, IV bags, etc. Very observant. Communicative and attentive to your animals needs and yours. I am in good physical shape. Have no problem lifting a large animal if need be and love to go on really long walks. Would love to take care of your four legged fur baby! I will treat them just as my own and will respect your home.

Alison was great! She helped give our pup IV fluids during a visit and is clearly confident and experienced with how to do this.
Alison is the only person I trust to watch my pets when we are away. She cares so much about their dietary needs and exercise. When we’ve hired Alison in the past, I’ve been completely confident leaving because I know my cat Bear and dog Chewie are getting the best attention and affection from Alison. My dog will not stay off her lap when she comes to visit, and he’s a golden retriever! Her love for animals is apparent as is her knowledge of proper exercise and eating care.
I've known Alison for 3 years. It's not very long, I know, but I knew instantly she was a pet lover. And, I was right. Alison has shown nothing but passion, consideration, and consistency for her animals and the animals she's taken care of. I have seen and heard her take care of many, many animals over the three years I've known her. She drops everything, even at work-- to make sure they are taken care of properly and never puts off walking them. I would truly recommend Alison for any pet job- big or small. Plus, she's a great person; friendly, and very respectful to humans as well! I know she'll be the person to double check if your door is locked when she leaves and will make sure the leash is hung up in it's proper spot for the next walk.

I have a fenced in yard and a home with reliable air conditioning and am able to board dogs that are dog and cat friendly. Dogs are allowed in the couch in this house, however I would absolutely respect the owners wish and enforce whatever rules, training necessary for your beloved pet.

A typical day
Go on walks around the various parks around the city. Dog parks if an option. Playing fetch or tug o war if allowed. Pet and love time and lots of enthusiasm!

Availability
I work a regular 8-5 pm Monday through Friday job with a good amount of flexibility. Appointments before my work schedule are best, however I have no problem doing midday check ins and am very free on the weekends.
