I just relocated to Durham, North Carolina in February with my fiancé from Dallas, TX and am the proud parent of 2 year old Maynard, an 80 lb American Staffordshire mix and Nermal, a 15 year old 6 lb calico cat. My degree is in microbiology but I have been working in biotech. I will not be able to travel home for the holidays so I am available to take care of your fur babies. For dogs: I keep treats in my pockets at all times, please inform me of any dietary restrictions your pup may have. I also keep a small spray bottle on hand for emergencies, in case we run in to an aggressive dog on a walk lwithout a responsible pet owner to de-escalate and avoid all preventable incidents. For cats: I have a special touch with "difficult" cats. For cats over the age of 6 years old, I have home-grown catnip from my garden available for their Christmas stocking available complimentary on request.
