Pet care experience
My name is Alison and I am Your friendly neighbor looking for some opportunities with dog walking and sitting. I have owned dogs and cats my whole life and I get along very well with them. I live off Adams Ave in the Normal Heights neighborhood, and I am looking to find opportunities close to home. I was a professional dog walker in Brooklyn NY for a few years, and next year I will be going back to school to become a veterinary technician. I have experience walking and sitting a wide range of dog and cat breeds. am a waiter, so I am used to being on my feet for long periods of time. I have a very flexible schedule, and am available any day during the week. My experience administering medication I do not have experience with giving medications to animals other than mixing it with their food, and I prefer not to be involved with giving shots. If you have a dog that requires this, then I must be honest, I am not your girl.

Alison has owned animals all her life and is especially wonderful with dogs. I have seen dogs that are very cautious of new people take to her right away. She is definitely something of a "dog whisperer." She has taken care of my cat when I am out of town and has always done an excellent job. Your pet would be in good hands while you are away.

I prefer medium to larger dogs; I am very athletic, so I can handle exercising and playing with them. I only request that I briefly meet the dog before sitting him or her, so they can get to know me and to avoid the risk of being a threat to their environment.
A typical day
Time I'll spend with your dog As much as possible! If there is a certain required time that you prefer I spend with your dog, I have no problem fulfilling that. I currently own a cat, and I am completely aware of the importance of keeping him happy when me or my roommate are away. Animals have feelings just like people, and they get lonely too! Extra house-sitting services Absolutely! I also own many plants, and I understand the importance of keeping them healthy and watered while away.
