Pet care experience
**current services only for boarding ** Hello and thank you for stopping by! I am a life long animal lover and have 5 years of experience taking care of pets through Rover. I've also owned dogs my entire life and provided pet sitting services part-time for over 10 years now. My partner Kory and I love being around animals and will provide the best care for your loved one while you are away, including sending you lots of pictures. Our combined experience includes dogs, cats, and bunnies of all ages. We are responsible, active, very clean, and organized. Current services are only for boarding opportunities. Please keep in mind, although we love puppies, we are not currently accepting dogs under 3 years old. Our experience is that, with our current obligations, we just aren't able to provide the level of attention and energy puppies need to feel content and happy. As a result of the current COVID restrictions, Kory and I both work from home (Kory is the main stay at home care provider). I am a certified practicing mental health counselor and he is a PhD candidate at the University of Pittsburgh. Between our combined schedules, we have plenty of flexibility to provide play, exercise, and lots of love for your pet(s) while you are away. Our home has plenty of space for 1-2 dogs to stay over and a large backyard for playing fetch or other supervised fun. Our neighborhood is safe and very walkable. Alison is the best! I have never felt truly at ease leaving our two pups (who are our “kids”) with someone until we found her. She’s very communicative—sending daily pics and recaps of the day. Our dogs are happy, healthy and calm when we pick them up, and they’re excited when we drop them off. I highly recommend her services!

Kory & Allison are phenomenal pet sitters! They took excellent care of our rescue dog (Juno) who had previously had issues with being boarded while we were away. They followed our daily routine precisely and made Juno feel at home and relaxed. They took her on daily walks and engaged her playful nature. The quality care and daily updates they provided allowed us to enjoy our trip by providing us with total peace of mind. I look forward to traveling again knowing that we have found reliable and quality pet care for our rescue pup!
Allison and Kory were incredible. They took great care of Phelan and sent daily photos with detailed updates. It was obvious Phelan loved them! I cannot recommend them enough and we will surely reach out to them again when a sitter is needed.

Mostly if your dog has any health issues or allergies. I also find it is good to know if you are trying to reinforce certain behaviors or train your dog not to do something. I'll also need to know any other behaviors such as fears, how they are on/off leash, etc. We are currently not accepting animals who are not house trained or chew on furniture.
A typical day
Playing in the backyard, walks around the neighborhood, trips to local parks for exercise if asked. There is also a walking path just up the street from our neighborhood. Toys are also welcomed.

Kory and I share care responsibilities. We both work from home, but Kory is here more during week days. I typically take care of feedings and morning/evening exercise. We both love to provide cuddles and play.
