We lost our 18 year old family dog two years ago. Dog withdrawl has been harder than imagined. I have been dog sitting with Rover for the last year, and are now on a list to adopt another dog in the coming months. Until then, I would love to take care of your dog while you are away for work or play. We have a single family home with a large yard, and love to take long walks on the local trails in Reston. This is a great place for pets. Your dog will be well cared for, happy and safe. Mature, well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay in my home and enjoy love and companionship. I prefer to take only one dog at a time, although I would consider taking a bonded pair that are calm and well mannered.

Alison and Paul were amazing caregivers for our dog Heidi. They sent photos and videos throughout her stay with them and gave us text updates to let us know she was having a good time. When my husband picked her up, she was so spoiled by all the attention she had received over her four days with Alison and Paul that she almost didn’t want to leave. Alison and Paul are now our go to dog sitters when we need them! As first time Rover users, my husband and I were so grateful to have chosen Alison and Paul to care for our dog.
I’ve know Alison and her husband Paul for years and have seen first hand the love and care they showed their dog Lady, as well as mine and others. Lady was a lucky dog! Alison and Paul are knowledgeable, responsible and trustworthy. Your dog will be pampered, exercised and well taken care of during their stay.
