I am very energetic, enthusiastic, and absolutely love taking care of animals. From September to June, I am a special education teacher and my job requires a lot of patience. Throughout the summer, I am available full time and during the school year, I am available part time. I have a dog (1 1/2 years old) and a parrot (21 years old) of my own. I have gone to training courses with my own dog. Before rescuing my current dog, I had a Yorkshire Terrier and he was born with a liver shunt. Throughout his life, he required a specific diet and various medications. In addition, he experienced several seizures. Therefore, I have experience with dog's who have specific needs. I am an ongoing learner and love to learn new things about dogs so that I can care for them the best way possible.

Alison is an amazing dog sitter. She has excellent communication skills and keeps in touch while you are away. I received several updates from her including pictures!! I have to big dogs and she is able to manage them quite easily. She is also very clean and respectful of your home - our guest bed was made much nicer than how I left it for her! I highly recommend Alison for your dog walking/sitting needs and if you’d like some additional justification about why you should book her, I would be happy to share some of the pictures I received while away :)
I am happy to recommend Alison to anyone in need of a kind, responsible and trustworthy dog sitter. I first met Alison while she was walking her own dog - a precious little angel who I have repeatedly said is blessed to have Alison as her mom. Alison is incredibly loving to her fur baby and takes amazing care of her. She attends to all her needs, which includes a continuous and deliberate effort to make sure her days are filled with happy outings, long walks and socialization with other dogs (including mine). Alison has a big heart, loves animals, and is an honest person. Outside of my family, she is the only person I can trust with my dogs who have special needs. I recommend her without reservation.
Ali is one of the best pet owners and human beings I have the pleasure of knowing. She is kind, gentle, and responsive to an animals' needs. Ali is one of the (very) few people I trust to care for my four-legged family members. My dog has anxiety issues, and Ali was the most patient person when earning her trust (and my dog gets so excited to see her now!). Additionally, Ali is responsible and time-efficient: I can always count on her to be there when she says she will be! In sum, Ali is the person who will make sure your furry family member is happy and safe! Four paws up!!!
Alison is a great and outgoing person and she loves animals! She has an Africa grey named smokie, who she has lived with for 21 years and a one year old rescue puppy named Mackenzie. She loves taking Mackenzie to the park and on long walks. Mackenzie is a small dog with a lot of energy, who loves to play with other dogs. Alison has watched my dogs and has walked them as well. I would recommend her to anyone close to me. She is the best!
