I am a lifetime dog owner, volunteer with rescue dogs & experienced sitter of 20+ years, working at home full time. I love all dogs, & providing a safe and calming space while their owners are away. Using my knowledge of 25 + years of volunteering with animals & my previous dog walking biz, to help them relax & have fun. I offer reliable, devoted, and experienced care, with both weekends and weekdays available. I have experience helping even the most challenging anxious dogs adjust to what is sometimes a stressful situation, so they are happy and relaxed while in my home, which is dog friendly, and includes two rescue dogs who love playing with visitors. With your dog(s) in my home, you will feel comfortable knowing they are taken care of as best as possible, like a member of the family, so you can enjoy your trip, stress free.

Alisiene is amazing! She was patient and kind with our dogs. She was considerate of the fact that one was a senior dog and would get confused sometimes. We appreciated the daily updates and pictures.
I'm new to San Diego and this was my first time using a dog sitter here. I hired Alisiene to dog sit while I was away on vacation for a week. I have a three year old frenchie who is very spoiled and it was important to me that I leave her with someone who would take as good of care of her as I do. A few weeks before my vacation, my dog and I met with Alisiene and I could instantly tell she was going to be a good fit. Alisiene took great care of my dog, walking her, playing with her, sending me daily pics, and even made her special homemade treats! It was so nice to be away on vacation and know that my dog was being well taken care of. I highly recommend Alisiene for anyone looking for a dog sitter they can trust to take great care of their dog.
It was our first time boarding Oliver and Alisiene made us feel comfortable and confident and most importantly, he loved it. Alisiene took the time to understand Oliver and all of his quirks and needs, which we really appreciated. We loved receiving daily, sometimes multiple picture updates and even gave us homemade dog treats when we picked him up.
Alisiene was awesome! She sent us pictures of my dog every day. She made sure my dog felt safe and comfortable and made homemade cookies too. My dog loved the stay with Alisiene and her pups.

If they are especially anxious, I will be home with them, as long as they need to help them relax. I will not leave them alone long, so they feel safe in a new place. Please note that I only sit dogs that are fully house trained, as in waiting to go outside every 2-4 hours, and being able to sleep through the night & then going outside. I am happy to meet & greets outside & can answer questions before, and at drop off for new visitors.:)

I like to provide a relaxing and stress free environment, so dog visitors can enjoy their stay free from anxiety as much as possible. This may include playing, or long walks... as each dog is different this will depend on their needs and personality.
