Hi, my name is Alisha. I work full-time at an animal hospital and truly love my job.I have been a vet assistant for 6.5 years but have been pet-sitting for 11 years. I am confident around all dogs, whether they are fearful or have specific diet or medical needs. I enjoy making your dogs time with me more than just exercise, I will play with your pup and provide enrichment, if wanted (food toys/puzzles, training, etc). I am confident in recognizing medical emergencies, and will act to keep your beloved family member safe. If you need me for pet-sitting/drop in visits, I am capable of administering medicine and injections. I will provide you with daily updates and keep you informed so that you have a worry-free getaway. I look forward to meeting you and your pet! Does your pet need grooming? I can do basic bathing, nail trims, anal gland expression, and ear cleanings for an additional fee during their stay with me!

I can not begin to describe what a wonderful, caring, honest and dependable pet sitter Alisha has been for us. We have three dogs that are rescues and have some trust issues and they absolutely love her as we do. Also, Alisha works in the Veterinary field so that is a huge plus for us since our dogs have to take meds and we feel comfortable for her to give our dogs their meds. Our dogs have had to have surgeries over the years and she is comfortable with staying with them while they are at home recovering. Alisha has been pet sitting our dogs for many, many years!

I am accepting pets in my home at the end of July and beginning of August. I will be home full time during these weeks and can let your pets out every 2 hours or less if needed. I can take your pets on walks or hikes. I can play with them in your yard and home. If your pet comes to my home for doggy daycare they will receive basic obedience training and mental enrichment. I can also help with housebreaking and crate training for an additional fee. Doggy daycare pups can also take advantage of my grooming services.

Availability
I work full time at an animal hospital, working four days a week. My schedule is flexible and with enough notice I can make a schedule that works with your pet. If your home is within 15 minutes of my workplace I can spend quality time with your pets on my daily lunch break.
