Pet care experience
I'm Alise and I've been an avid dog lover since I was a kid. I have had the opportunity to start dog sitting many years ago and fell in love. I have continued my passion for pets and pet sitting through Rover. I have a 3-year old Wire Fox Terrier rescue and he loves playing with other dogs! Having a rescue I understand the extra TLC they need to feel loved and welcome in an unfamiliar home setting. We do our best to make your pup feel like he/she is at home. My husband and I are travelers and know the stress of finding trustful pet sitters. I will make sure that your pet is treated like our own and update you with pictures while you are away. If you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable sitter, you have found your person!

I had to change the day or times of pick up and drop off of our appointment at least three times and Alise was flexible and accommodating. She sent pictures from Omar’s stay and when I picked him up he was well rested and happy.
On the first night of a three day house sitting request, Alise cancelled on us. She stated that there was a miscommunication and did not feel comfortable watching our dogs and our house overnight - even though we had met her in person prior to the stay. I hate to give horrible reviews, but when you trust someone and they leave your family high and dry, it is not a good feeling. I will give an extra star only because she did stop by the house a couple times to feed the dogs and let them out, the house was also left In good shape.
Alise is certainly the best!!! Albus was with her for an entire week. He was so comfortable and at home with her and her beautiful family! She sends photos and updates every day and the pups have a ball at her place! Will definitely be reaching out For her services again!
Alise is awesome and took great care of our Kalua.. Highly recommended..

I have no breed preferences I accept all dogs! I like to know their daily schedule so I can keep them as close to their normal schedule as possible. I like to know if your dog has any special needs, allergies, diet, so I can make sure they get the care and attention they need. I like to know your dog's social interaction preferences, do they enjoy being around other dogs, kids, males, etc. I like to make the transition from their home to mine as comforting as possible and make it feel like a home away from home!
A typical day
I live right next to a wonderful new park, Roberto Antonio Balermino Park; we frequent this park about 2-3 times per day. At the park we hang out with other dogs, play fetch or just run around and get some exercise. In the evenings and on weekends I like to get away to a dog park and have the dogs socialize. When it is a rainy day or we are relaxing indoors, we enjoy playtime inside, with lots of toys (balls, stuffed animals, and Kongs). Overall, I like to make sure the dogs are having a good time!
