First time Rover user. Alisandra took care our two cats for 10 days. She checked in with pics on the twice-daily visits, managed meds for our one cat, and rolled with some last-minute changes to diet routine when the other cat stopped eating her food a day before we left. Alisandra is a prompt communicator, and an overall very kind human.

Upon meeting her, she asked all the right questions. Communication was always very prompt. Her visits were always on time. Alisandra sent "rover cards" to let me know how the pets were doing. She even brought in my mail. Great job!
