It's helpful to know as much about your cats as possible, including any medical concerns, favorite treats, and how they like to play. ** Boarding in My Home - Catio ** Discover a one-of-a-kind cat boarding option that features a spacious, tailor-made, indoor Catio with floor-to-ceiling walls, where your feline friends can relax and play in comfort. The Catio is nestled in my cozy and warm basement apartment, on the bottom floor of a triplex in South Minneapolis. I share my space with my 11-year-old daughter and three sweet cats. We would love to take care of your little ones while you are away. As a nonprofit Executive Director, I work from home and spend a lot of time on phone calls and computer work. While appointments occasionally take me away from home for 3-4 hours at a time, cats will be safely nestled in this large cat-centric enclosed space. The regularly sanitized Catio features cozy lounge spaces, baskets, shelves galore, privacy panels, as well as, high and low hiding spots. It is designed for one or two cats from the same cat family to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable space in my cat-friendly and dog-free home. Each cat will get litter included, lots of human interaction, cozy lodging, and 1 hour (minimum) to run, exercise, and explore freely inside my home. While my three friendly, neutered, and vaccinated house cats will be present, interaction is based on cat and owner comfort, so your cat doesn't need to get along with other cats to stay with me. Pick-up and drop-off by the owner, at 36th and Harriet, from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m., by appointment only. ** Drop-In Visits in Your Home ** From feeding and refreshing litter boxes to playtime and cuddling, I will make sure your cats feel loved and content while you're away, with once or twice-a-day drop-in visits to your home. Every visit consists of: • Detailed updates and pictures • Fresh water and fresh food • Cleaning of the food and water container • Clearing the litter box (and taking out the trash) • Caring, affection, playtime, & companionship • Tidying up cat-related messes • Medication is given as needed • Basic House-Sitting Services (Placing garbage outside, adjusting lights and blinds, collecting mail, and ensuring the security of your home)
