Pet care experience
I have been taking care of animals (dogs, cats, frogs, fish, birds) since I was a child. I have always found animals interesting and spend my free time learning more about them. I believe our pets deserve the best quality of care in every aspect of their life - diet, activity, environment. I love being able to watch an animal perceive the world around them and enjoy it. I pay close attention to the cues displayed to make sure all pets are comfortable and content!

I live in an apartment conveniently located next to many dog-friendly parks! I have a spare crate that can be used for any crate-trained dogs. With my dog, I take her out 4 times a day for half an hour each. I ensure that the walk is dog-led, meaning we go wherever she wants as long as it is safe. I allow her to sniff as long as she would like, keeping a close watch to make sure she doesn't eat anything. I allow her to pounce and play with crickets, she has a lot of fun trying to chase them down. I will allow your dog to do all the same things! Despite the populated area, I know all the best spots if your dog prefers a quieter walk. I take leashing and safety very seriously -- you can rest assured knowing your dog will be secure during any walks or overnight visits. For trips to your own home, I am mindful and respectful of any house rules (no shoes on, wiping paws after walks, etc). I will care for your pet like one of my own and do everything in my power to help your furry friend thrive!

A typical day
I enjoy letting the dog decide where to go when we walk! The area around my apartment has lot of places to sniff and explore. I know all of the spots to fit whatever your dog finds most stimulating, whether that's water, tall grass, watching cars, or open space. We can watch the local wildlife and enjoy the great outdoors! No weather is bad weather -- we can go outside rain or shine! If your furry friend prefers to stay indoors, they are welcome on the couch or to sunbathe in the office. I have multiple pet puzzles and enjoy thinking of activities to put your pooch's brain to the test!
