It's the leash I can do!

Pet care experience

From a young age, animals have always had my heart. I was enamored with my pets and researched dogs, cats and wild animals daily. It was no surprise to my family that I would go on to choose a career healing animals! Hi there, my name is Alijsha! I am a stay at home mom and was a former veterinary technician and dog bather. My husband is in the Air Force here at Travis AFB and we have an infant as well. I have been working professionally with animals for 12 years. I have two years of vet tech experience and I am currently home full time taking care of our son. I have been awarded my certificate in Canine First Aid from Dogsafe and I am currently in the Veterinary Technology DEVTP program at Cedar Valley College to become a licensed veterinary technician (LVT) as well. I have taken on caring for my pets as well as your pets full time along with my husband, Tyler, who assists me whenever I need assistance. I have years of experience administering oral and injected medications as well as ear, eye, cream, flea & tick medications, and so on. I have seen it all when it comes to animal quirks and personalities which led to my experience of handling a variety of different temperaments, including dogs that are aggressive, timid, reactive, hyperactive, special needs, and senior pets. I currently run a dog bathing business as well called "Pups N Bubbles." We have very reasonable prices, so feel free to like us on Facebook ☺🐾🐶! We have five pets at home—two dogs (a male German Shepherd named Dallas) and (a male Siberian Husky named Kai), two cats (a diluted calico female DSH) and (a female orange tabby DMH), as well as a three year old female Ball Python. Services offered: DOG BOARDING: $25 per dog ($10 for each additional dog from the SAME family). DOGGIE DAYCARE: $30 per dog ($10 for each additional dog from the SAME family) CAT BOARDING: $15 per cat CAT DAYCARE: $15 per cat *Major holidays adds $5 to each service. A la carte Services: * DOG BATHING- Varies! Please visit our Facebook page "Pups N Bubbles" for prices! (Baths include nail trims) * PROFESSIONAL POOCH PHOTO- $5 (with bath or boarding service) and $10 (without bath or boarding service) (One professional photo of your pooch outdoors Ask me for past pooch photos of former clients to see my work :) ) *REGULAR PEANUT BUTTER KONG- $3/day (Lasts approximately 10-20 minutes (depending on your pup's motivation!) *FROZEN PEANUT BUTTER KONG- $5/day (Lasts approximately 30 minutes-1 hour (depending on your pup's motivation!) *BEDTIME CUDDLE & TUCK IN (WITH TREAT)- $5/day (A massage, cuddle, and good night hug with a bacon flavored yummy treat before bed) *NAIL TRIM ONLY (up to 25 lbs)- $5 *DE-SHED TREATMENT- -$15 (30-45 minute service of removing all dead and shedding hair from both the undercoat as well as the top coat leaving the coat shiny and shed free!) -$25 (1-2 hour service of removing all dead and shedding hair from both the undercoat as well as the top coat leaving the coat shiny and shed free! Includes pictures and videos of your pups having a blast!) *A COMPLIMENTARY TAKE HOME GRADED PROGRESS REPORT FOR EVERY BOARDER'S BEHAVIOR AND TEMPERAMENT WHEN IN MY CARE! I am a professional, through and through, and always make sure I am honest, respectful and communicative with my human clients, as well as my canine clients. I send photos and videos throughout the day so my clients know their pets are happy, healthy and secure when in my care. And I also give daily walks followed by extra playtime in my fenced in yard. I accept clients and their best friends 24/7. Our day starts off with all pups being let out to potty at 8:30am then we feed breakfast immediately after around 8:45am. My husband is in the Air Force and I am home full time, so I am able to look after your babies 24/7 providing them with the maximum care and love that they deserve. We give unlimited potty breaks in our yard, play times, nap times, and more all the way up until we head to bed around 9pm. We have a Barkbox subscription, so we have a tub FILLED with amazing toys ranging from, silicone super chewer toys to balls to plush squeaky toys! We offer plenty of cuddles, play time and access to frequent potty breaks throughout the day. Your pet will be more than happy when in our care! I can't wait to meet you and your best friend soon! I'll have your pup's tail wagging at their home away from home 🙃❤🐾🐶🐕🐕‍🦺🦮

I've used using Alijsha's boarding services for more than 3 times and every time my dog has come back home with so much of happiness. This only shows Alijsha's special interest and personal care in any dog that she accepts to board. My wife and I are only thankful to Alijsha for taking care of our baby :) We will definitely use her service again in the future.

A typical day

My home is a great home away from home for dogs because there is a ton of room to run around, a tub filled with toys, access to free roam and access to water at all times. When we’re not relaxing or playing at home, we enjoy taking walks around the neighborhood, spending time outside (I have a fenced yard, so your pup can take potty breaks as much as he or she wants) and visiting the dog park, which is extremely accessible and located in my complex.
