My dogs are my entire life. I have a 12 year old Labrador and an 8 year old Dachshund mix with special needs. My Dachshund mix is blind and epileptic. I am no stranger to individualized care routines. I am experienced in reactive pets, separation anxiety, and medically frail/special needs pets. As a teenager I worked in a Veterinary Hospital taking care of post operative surgical patients and boarded pets. Many of these were reactive and frightened because of the strange and unfamiliar environment. I spent a considerable amount of time making sure they felt comfortable and safe. I take pride in earning a pet's trust. I work in Healthcare now and work with human patients. Being a calm, empathetic presence is always my number one priority. I understand that each individual, human or pet, requires their own very specific and thoughtful approach. I also understand that I'm not just caring for your pet, I'm also earning your trust as an owner. I can promise that I will provide the same level of care for your pets as I do my own.
