Unfortunately this experience was not great at all. First day when we left we had to message Alicia to see what time she was going to show up. The agreed upon time was between 1-3pm and she didn’t show up until almost 9pm. She stated she had plumbing problems. She did stay the night and left the next day mid morning and did not return until almost 10 pm. I had to call my parents to let my dogs out and feed them dinner!!! When Alicia finally returned our message via the Rover app, she stated she was watching TV and didn’t see our text. Implying she was at our house with the dogs. I asked her to call me immediately. I let her know my parents had just left and she had not fulfilled our agreement and we did not feel safe staying for our whole vacation (that we booked months in advance and took off work for) we would be returning in the morning since our dogs were not being properly cared for. She did stay the night and left at 630 am. My dad came and stayed with the dogs for a few hours feeding them and letting them out until we got home. We met Alicia prior to the stay and she seemed very nice. If she was unable to fulfill the agreed upon stay that we pre paid for than she could have just let us know and we could have figured something out last minute or just taken the dogs with us. Very unreliable and our trip was ruined!

Alicia is wonderful! She was very patient with my pups and so nice and helpful to me. I hope we can have Alicia come visit again!
