Alicia, 30, marketing professional working from home full-time, and dog enthusiast! *No longer doing drop-ins during the work week due to limited availability to a car between 9-5. Available on weekends and evenings.* I started my journey with Rover in downtown Toronto but have recently moved back to St. John's and am looking to continue dog-sitting! I live in my own home with a fenced yard and various walking trails behind my home. Allergic to cats, but open to cat drop ins.

Can’t recommend Alicia enough!! I've brought my puppy to Alicia several times and recently referred my parents to Alicia to take care of their senior dogs. She is awesome with my high energy puppy as well as my parents older dogs. You can tell that Alicia genuinely cares about and loves animals. I don’t worry about my pup at all when she’s at Alicia’s!

Why Rover? I'm happiest when surrounded by dogs! I've been a dog owner for 26 years, a foster dog mom and I grew up volunteering with local shelters. I love dogs of all sizes and breeds! I have experience with puppies (most of my clients in Toronto were dogs under 6 months), dogs with extreme anxiety, reactive dogs, and leash aggression.

A typical day
With my flexibility to work from home, I have the ability to take extra special care of your pet. I like to enjoy at least 2 walks a day in the neighborhood or local trails, that I love to bring a dog along with me! When I'm caring for your dog, they are my number one priority - anything I do or have planned will always involve them by my side.

Availability
Both my partner and I work full-time from home. We love being outdoors and going for walks. For daycare drop offs, the dog is never left alone. For long term stays, we require the dog be crate trained or is able to be left for 2-4 hours without destroying furniture.
