Alicia did an extraordinary job watching our dog. She was more then accommodating and a great communicator. She didn’t hesitate to reach out and ask questions if needed. She was able to pick up that Smokey can be skittish at first, but was able to adapt to that. She started by approaching the dog slowly and letting the dog warm up to her at his pace. I was surprised at how patient, caring , loving and compassionate she was towards him. I could tell she truly loves animals and takes the time and effort to make sure they are ok. Alicia is highly dependable, trustworthy and outgoing. I liked the fact while she was house sitting she would contact us to tell us if something was delivered. She would also periodically check in to fill us in. During this time she gave us an update on the house, mail , phone message etc. It was so comforting to know that everything was ok back home. When we came back home the house was just like it was before we even left. I highly recommend her services. We will definitely be using her again.
