I live in South Boulder , have a flexible schedule working from home. I adore animals. I don't do well with large dogs that are aggressive as I am a petite female. A few of my photos are from the animals I grew up with. I believe growing up with animals leads to an intuition about how to be with them that can be hard to learn as an adult. I don't own an animal right now but I grew up with many animals in the home (multiple dogs, cats, rodents, fish). I've house / pet sat for many families and friends over the years. I'm 34, super reliable and dependable, have a great car, and good work ethic. I miss having animals in my life and am doing this not only for fun but to help pay off my student loans. I work as a counselor and have a flexible schedule most of the week. I am always willing to come after work and be with them in the morning until I have clients. Thanks for your consideration ! - Alicia - a piece to consider is that I am happy to feed pills to pets if it goes in food or cheese or something, but if they have a lot of difficulty with taking oral meds I'm not comfortable with trying to muscle it

Alicia was amazing. Our elder pug had an injury to his eye just before we left for a week vacation and Alicia gave him eye drops 3x/day and sent updates so that we knew he was alright while we were away. His eye looked 100% better when we got back from vacation and I loved knowing that he was loved and cared for.
I have 3 animals -- 2 dogs and 1 cat, and Alicia is a dear friend. Of all of my friends, she is probably the most invested in my animals lives. Alicia often comes over to visit with the animals and has started spending 1:1 time with my Dachshund since my Boston Terrier went blind. All of my animals love her and I trust her to care for them with a lot of love. Alicia is patient, caring, loving and intuitive. I definitely can recommend her as a dog caregiver.

A typical day
Cuddles, walks, playing, fetch. I'm pretty petite so big dogs that aren't well-trained don't work well for me, otherwise I can usually navigate animals and their needs
