Alicia is the absolute BEST! She is great to work with and communicates well. She is reliable and consistent. She dependably gives meds and follows care instructions. The best part is that she is so patient and compassionate with our dogs. One of our dogs has an abuse and neglect history and can be reactive. Alicia was so patient and caring with him. She slowly learned about him and let him get used to her and now he is so comfortable with her! She loves each dog like her own. Like I said, THE BEST.

Alicia welcomed our two English Setters into her little pack with open arms, supporting them and their quirks while we were gone. COVID meant this was their first time being boarded/hanging out with a petsitter, and we felt so much more at ease seeing how comfortable they were with Alicia and her pups. Alicia did pick-up and drop-off for us, too, which I think really helped both our pups handle this new adventure with as little anxiety and stress as possible. She also sent regular pics and check-in updates while we were away, which gave us even more peace of mind. We recommend her wholeheartedly and will absolutely try to book time with her for The Guys if we ever need to board them while we’re visiting family in NWA again. Thanks, Alicia!
