I grew up with a German Shepard named "Mitzie". She was such a sweetheart and lived to be about 13 years old. She was a medium sized dog and loved to go for walks and go to the park. I am very sensitive to animals needs and feelings. I believe that it is very important to be attentive to how the animal is reacting to the surroundings and energies that it is around. My main concern is that your animal is comfortable, happy, and taken care of to the utmost degree!!! I have a pot bellied pig that has his own fenced in side yard. He is very happy and wags his tail constantly!! His name is "Piggie" and he has chosen to make my bedroom closet his bed. I don't allow the animals I sit to physically interact with "Piggie" (for safety reasons). I keep a gate up in the house to separate the pig from the whole front of the house. Piggie is only allowed outside in the side yard and in my bedroom. We (Me & Piggie) were adopted by a small cat named "Kittie" about 4 months ago. She is an indoor/outdoor kitty and is such a sweetie! I work from home, so rest assured your pet will not be left alone in an unfamiliar space for a long period of time!
