Pet care experience
I have worked extensively with dog boarding, walking, daycare, special needs and overnight care. I've trained a mobility assistance service dog and house trained several puppies. I have spent countless hours one on one with breeds ranging from teacup chihuahuas to great danes, pit bulls, Bernese mountain dogs, weimaraners, etc. I've worked with timid dogs, aggressive dogs and hyperactive pups. I have taken care of elderly dogs on hourly meds and even groomed a few poodle mixes.

Alicia is an awesome person to work with! It was such a relief knowing my pets were well cared for and got lots of attention while we were away. She was great with our elderly cat who needs several medications administered twice a day, as well as our very affectionate but high energy puppy - quite a feat balancing the two! We can’t say enough about how great Alicia is or recommend her highly enough.
Willow was so well cared for and really enjoyed her time with Alicia. Regular communication and updates were provided throughout the day. We loved the pictures and videos shared of Willow’s day. I was concerned about being away from Willow, but Alicia made the experience much easier.
Alicia was wonderful. She has a great way with dogs. She texted photos of our dog multiple times per day and kept us updated. She is absolutely fantastic.
Alicia is the best dog sitter I’ve ever had. She picked me up and brought me to the airport! She was extremely flexible- I had messed up my dates and she picked up The extra day! She exercised my dogs and sent me many videos and photos! My dog had started her heat early and she was really kind and understanding, despite the extra work! She even picked up dog diapers! Alicia is the best dog sitter ever! I would recommend her every time!

I like to know in advance if the animal is timid, kennel aggressive, stranger aggressive, under medical care, incontinent, how long their typical walks are, if they are other dog aggressive, has specific triggers like hats or loud noises.
A typical day
Walks to/on nearby trails, pats/rubs, talks, baths if needed, treats if allowed, snuggles if appreciated, and lots of active play time. Sometimes there are specific toys or treat balls/kongs to keep pets busy or distracted in between visits if it's a multiple drop-in day

I am extremely flexible, I work from home and all my hours can be arranged around your pets needs. I am happy to be a fill in walker/sitter or potentially arrange something more consistent, depending on your needs.
